when will you guys learn to see the difference between a 3d configurator (where you can see the model from EVERY angle) and a rendered 360° pic...

There seems to be an actual animated 3d model in this page, when you scroll the doors open up. I'm not talking about the trasparent model that shows you the carbon fiber tub, this one is below. I can only see it when I'm on my mobile and not on desktop, so I'm not sure it can be ripped, but it worth a try

I fell for it once again! They really tricked me with this... I know the animation was not that smooth, but the whole website is a bit laggy so I thought that was the issue

found the gltf file for a model on iknowauto, but it has draco compression (which blender does not support importing), is there any importer that allows importing gltf files with draco compression? thanks

Until I have some time I'll upload these models, right now I can't share what and how I do that, if you want a model, so be free to request, they will be posted soon as can (if available).

About models from iknowauto site... The model files and textures are easy to grab.

Model was saved via babylon.js exporter for 3ds Max with using DRACO compression (this info was found by me when I researching).

So, I compile the DRACO from sources (oh, this was is not easy for first time) and try to decode BIN file to OBJ.

Decoded model looks like this, it was a tire:

Tire, not a whole car. So I try to dig some deeper and found a bit interesting thing: BIN file have a lot of separated DRACO-compressed meshes. So if we need to decode 'em, we need to split the file into separated meshes and then decode 'em to OBJ file, perform a mass-import to the 3D modelling software (I prefer 3ds Max, but you use anything you like) and prepare the scene.

I tried to manually cut the second chunk from BIN file via Hex-editor and decode 'em. Let's see the result:

This is a wheel rim. So high-poly for using in games, but should looks good in the renders.

I'll try to find (or write by myself via .NET C#) the tool for splitting meshes from BIN file. But I don't promise anything.

Thank you for reading. Demo samples was attached below.
