REQUEST Various Configurators Models Requests

So the models don't work?

could someone rip this model from lucid's configurator? https://www.lucidmotors.com/air/configure i think its a 3d model

the lucid configurator has been posted earlier, yes it does use a 3d model, but it is using some sort of datastreaming, so the model can't be extracted (yet?)

You can try to extract it using ninja ripper 1.7.1 x64 and opera browser (latest version, with switched to directx 11 mode in flags). but I don't like this method, I think it outdated.

@Fernando Aguirre This model was exported by Blend4Web 6.01.

I don't know where to get the tools for importing that.

As I said earlier I choose did not to tell what and how I get the models, now that I could finish and test my automate process I can share a 3rd way to get any model by yourself, so re-using the 1st step of the @DARKSIDEOPG tutorial:

2. Go to https://sandbox.babylonjs.com and click on this buttom and select all downloaded files.

  Reveal hidden contents

3. After the files be loaded, click on the Inspector icon and go to Tools > Scene Export and Export to GLB.

4. From here you can continue with DK'S tutorial on step 5. That's it.

can you teach how to save the gltf / bin files, please. I even select it, but I don't know how to save it to the folder.

You can pick up all Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Kia, models from ( https://www.iknowauto.com/ ) please.

Or is there already a folder with all of them ready to download?

@Maverick You can use this tool to download any model you want and then upload to babylon converter.

Toyota GR Sport configurator

This one uses Blend4Web 17.x - models are stored in *.json.gz and *.bin.gz files with "magic bytes" header "B4WB".

@Apex could you help me to convert that type in the future?

This one uses Unity engine but I can't find any vehicle model in the assets. I think the models was downloaded. I can't check because this app is for Android, but I use iOS.

I extract 3 cars for you but all of them needs to be fixed. Some parts have wrong position. Download here: https://yadi.sk/d/smY0YaPAZZm1kw
This archive also contains original files for importing via ActorXImporter.
